Size each file to the flat dimensions you chose and add 0.125" bleed on all edges.
Keep text and logos 0.125" inside trim and fold lines.
Files must be CMYK, 300 dpi, and under 50 MB. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG.
