  • Single file only: Upload one multi-page PDF that includes the cover and all inside pages in reading order (Page 1 = front cover, Page 2 = inside front cover … last page = back cover).
  • Page count: The total number of pages must be divisible by 4. If it isn’t, blank pages will be added to the end to complete the signature.
  • 1-up pages: Set up 1 page = 1 page. Do not submit printer spreads/imposed pairs (no “facing pages,” “readers spreads,” or “printers spreads”).
  • Size & bleed: Build each page to the final trim size with 0.125″ bleed on all sides; no crop/registration marks.
  • Safety: Keep text/critical graphics 0.25″ inside the trim on all pages.
  • Print specs: Export CMYK, images 300 dpi at full size; embed/outline fonts and flatten transparency.
  • Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG.
