  • Upload one file for the front side only—e.g., “Letterhead‑Front.pdf.”

  • Size artwork to 8.75″ × 11.25″ or 8.75″ × 14.25″ to include a 0.125″ bleed on all edges.

  • Keep all text and logos 0.125″ inside the final trim area.

  • Files must be CMYK, 300 dpi, and under 50 MB. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG.

    • * Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results.
    * Please make sure to keep all text within the safe margin.
