- If any object is set to print to the edge of the page, it is required that you set the bleed in your document to at least 1/8”.
- If bleed is required make PDF size .25” bigger (Ex. If doc size = 8.5 x 11, made PDF size 8.75 x 11.25).
- If no bleed is required then make PDF file exact size.
- Do Not include Marks for job w/ or w/o bleed

Color requirements
- Standard jobs are process only – convert all SPOT colors to process before making PDF
- If you would like to order a specific PMS color you can do so with a charge. This is a custom process and takes about a week longer to produce.
- Spot colors should be named with the PANTONE color naming system
(Ex. PANTONE 280 C - please make sure that you check all graphics that are
being used in your file)
Outside services
- When any outside service is required, please set those items to print as a SPOT color and set to overprint in the file: Here are a few examples of some colors to use:
- Die (color build – 50% M & 100% Y)
- Foil (color build – 50% C & 100% Y)
- Emboss (color build – 25% C & 50% M)
- Deboss (color build – 50% M & 25 % Y)
- Dull Varnish (color build – 100% C & 50% M)
- Gloss Varnish (color build – 50% C & 100% M)
