Hasentree Booklet
The real estate market is flooded with booklets and “ground breaking” events. Creating a booklet that catches the eye is as important as communicating pertinent information. This ad campaign featured the main book, an customized envelope, site maps, event calendars, stationery and a brochure on the signature golf course that weaves through the development.
Challenge
Hasentree wanted the cover of this booklet to have the look and feel of leather. Classic Graphics created a cyan map of an actual leather pattern supplied by the customer. We extracted data from the map and added weight to create texture. We used the same cyan map to create an embossing die to further simulate the look and feel of leather. The faux tape binding required additional electronic layering to mimic threading. Classic Graphics identified the white pixels and replicated them with grey varnish. The weave is visible when you look at the book from different angles.
